Works carried out involved full exterior wash down to remove any growth an stains.
Once washed we found many Render repairs so we repaired using exterior fillers opening up all cracks in the render.
After this step all windows and doors are masked and protected so we can apply 2 coats of our highly water repellent breathable self cleaning Facade coloured coating system. PROPERLA FACADE COLOURED COATING. We roller applied and spray applied this product.
We then did a Full sand down and fill to all wood work to the property’s windows doors & fascias, removing rotten wood and replacing where needed, then we primed undercoated and gloss after.
All access scaffolding was organised by Ecoprotex and removed on the day of completion.
